The criminal record is a record of the criminal convictions of a person referenced in the National Criminal Record. The information contained in the criminal record is communicated in the form of excerpts called criminal record cards. The criminal record retains convictions handed down by criminal courts (Assize Courts, Assize Courts of Minors, Courts of Appeal, Correctional Courts, Police Courts, Juvenile Courts, Juvenile Judges). It also retains certain decisions handed down by the commercial courts (liquidation, personal bankruptcy, commercial prohibition) and certain administrative and disciplinary decisions when they enact or cause incapacities

France joined Hague Apostille. Any documents issued in France can be recognized as legal with Apostille stamp in Apostille member countries. Confirm whether you need Criminal Record only or Apostille is required as well from the institute where the document will be submitted to before making inquiry to KICPC.
